Restrictions:	The Service is restricted to: Redcar & Cleveland, All Tees Valley, Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Also covers County Durham, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear.
	Drop-in facilities: Home visits offered to parents/carers of babies newly identified as deaf
