MIMA

Mima is one of the UK’s leading galleries for modern and contemporary art and craft, hosting temporary exhibitions which change throughout the year, featuring work by internationally acclaimed artists.
With family friendly interactive guides, maps, doodle sheets, drawing materials, special events and a family welcome area, Mima is a great place to get creative with the little ones.
Try something new, brush up on your skills, meet like-minded people and discover your creative side at one of Mima’s adult workshops.
Whatever your knowledge of art, come along to our talks and tours.
Café Mima serves sandwiches and light meals, cakes and pastries, and illy coffee, and welcomes families, offering a children’s menu, high chairs and bottle warming facilities.
Visit the Mima shop to discover a unique range of hand crafted ceramics and jewellery, great gift ideas and art books & magazines.
