Cost:	Cost Usually met through Local Authority or Direct Payments
Restrictions:	The Service is restricted to: All Tees Valley, Darlington, Dormanstown, East Cleveland, Eston Corridor (Eston, Grangetown, Normanby, South bank, Nunthorpe, Teesville, Ormesby, Overfields), Guisborough, Hartlepool, Marske, Middlesbrough, New Marske, Redcar, Saltburn and Stockton.
	Booking is necessary: Self Referral, Social Worker Referral.
	We welcome visits from potential Service Users but please phone ahead to ensure someone is available to show you around.
