Set during the now infamous Olympic Games ‘wiff-waff’ speech, it charts his life and career from his birth in New York to London Mayor via Eton, Wolverhampton and Clwyd South, calling at er..umm…errr …Liverpool and erm…ummm…Portsmouth.
